   OMG, Ken saved my new white carpet. I received a bottle of wine as a gift, a cabernet sauvignon. The glass fell off the table and all over the carpet. Deep red wine. I sincerely thought it would have to be replaced. Ken came in and cleaned it. It looks new again. Thank You Ken!

   Hey guys, you know it was great the second time around. Kenneth never cease to amaze me. I had a very stubborn spot on my carpet that was a chemical reaction courtesy of my son and Kenneth showed that stain who was boss!!!! He has such a approachable demeanor that you can't help but engage him in conversation. Kenneth understands a parent on the go and doesn't waste time but definitely makes sure you are pleased with your results. He understood my concerns and even helped move some furniture around..lol!!!!! Thank you again for an amazingly flawless job. I think with my boys running around I may need to call you quarterly.
